New York Painting and Sculpture: 1940–70 by Henry Geldzahler
In this book, the magnificent achievement of the New York School is told. Admirers
of modern art will be dazzled by over 300 images of paintings, sculptures, and
drawings by 43 artists working in the styles of Abstract Expressionism, Color-Field
Painting, Pop Art, and Minimal Art. The film Who Gets to Call it Art? will also be
screened and discussed.
