DESCRIPTION:Join us for the opening reception of the Community Access Program Youth Art Exhibition! Community Access discovers creative ways of making artworks and art-making accessible to those in our community that otherwise lack this access. Artwork on view has been created by Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Iowa\, Children’s Cancer Connection\, Children and Family Urban Movement\, students of Des Moines Public Schools and Woodward Academy. \nEnjoy provided light refreshments at the opening. The Youth Art Exhibition will be on view in the Herbert Galleries in the Education Wing of the Art Center from March 10 – 31.
