ADULT KNITTING 101
In this two-meeting class, Learn the basics of knitting and make a scarf or cowl, start to finish! In the first class, students will create a swatch to learn the knit stitch, then cast-on and knit a basic scarf. Students will work on knitting the stitches correctly and learn to fix mistakes. In the second class, students will learn the purl stitch and finish their project. Students will practice finishing techniques, like binding off and weaving in the ends. No knitting experience is necessary.
