Hey love birds! Looking for a super sweet Valentine’s date night? Join Tangerine at the Art Center on Tuesday, February 14 for a four-course prix fixe menu and wine pairings by Dean Luttrell of Global Wines Iowa. Also consider ordering a PepperHarrow flower arrangement for your table. Arrive early to view “75 Years of Iowa Art,” a new exhibition opening on February 11, celebrating artists with ties to Iowa and 75 years of Art Center history.

amuse bouche – blini with jamon and boursin cheese
first course – handmade long noodle pasta with winter squash, mushrooms, lemon and brown butter
second course – porchetta glazed with Calabrian chili and served with dressed chicories
alternative second course – stuffed eggplant with Calabrian chili glaze with stewed peppers and onions
third course – brown sugar pavlova served with tart cherry compote, basque sabayon and orange supremes
finale – chocolate and cheese
