ADVANCED AND INDEPENDENT STUDIO: SINGING BOWLS

Design and create one-of-a-kind works of art as you explore the world of metal smithing. Singing bowls are a great way to explore the techniques of metals like sinking and planishing to learn the traditional use of bronze or brass. Students will learn about shaping for sound and different uses of bowl shapes, surface treatments and textures, and designs elements. You are also free to work on your own in this class. All levels are welcome. Scholarships for class and materials are available on our website.
