Description
EXPRESSIVE FIGURE DRAWING
Students will focus on aspects of anatomy to produce dynamic figure studies and final works from observation using the medium of their choice. Explore movement, gesture, and expression, using color and value as it applies to figure drawing. Formal instruction will be provided for conté, pastel, charcoal, and watercolor. All levels are welcome; advanced instruction is provided for returning students. Recommended prerequisite: Introduction to Drawing. Students are expected to bring their own materials.
