BEGINNING WHEEL THROWING

Discover the joy of working with clay and making items you can use. Students will be introduced to the potter’s wheel and all its possibilities. Students will learn to make functional forms, as well as how to trim, decorate, and glaze their work. Tuition includes access to open studios. Material fees cover the cost of clay, glaze materials, and firing. Tool kits are available for purchase. Scholarships for classes and materials are available on our website.

Disclaimer** The ceramics studio classes are for ceramic education and community learning. We cannot promise work will be fired by any deadline aside from our own class scheduling. For quality control, we also cannot allow work that has been made elsewhere to be processed and fired here.
