BUDDING ARTISTS: BABY ANIMALS (3-5)

Discover and explore the fun of making art side-by-side with your budding artist!

You and your child will experiment with an assortment of activities and art materials while encouraging your child’s development of motor, cognitive, and social skills. Each class provides a unique, well-rounded art experience with opportunities to visit the museum, have story time, and explore creative movement.

Get ready for a cuteness overload! Students will make artwork of baby animals like fawns, kittens, and fluffy penguins! Scholarships for classes and materials are available on our website.

*No class on March 14! Please consider coming to the Des Moines Art Center’s free, all-ages Social Saturday on March 14th to make some art instead! Bring the family!
