Description
COLLAGE: PAINTING AND DRAWING
In this class, students will explore the elements of 2D design while pushing the boundaries of traditional drawing techniques. Using dry materials and unexpected found objects, you’ll build multi-layered surfaces that bring depth, color, and dimension to your work. Projects will focus on encouraging conceptual thinking and personal expression by combining drawings with collage techniques. All levels are welcome, with advanced instruction available for returning students. (Recommended prerequisites of Introduction to Drawing classes) Students are expected to bring their own materials. Scholarships for classes and materials are offered.
