DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY (12-14)
Capture the world around you and discover the versatility of the digital single lens reflex camera (DSLR). Learn skills in lighting and composition that translate to all photographic media, like film cameras and cell phone photography. Learn how to upload, edit, and manipulate your images on the computer. Students can use the Art Center’s DSLR cameras for the duration of the class, but they can bring their own to use if they wish!
Campers will take home prints and a flash drive of their work to share!
Campers now receive a Des Moines Art Center summer camp T-shirt as part of their tuition.
