Donation Request Form

Thank you for contacting us. The Des Moines Art Center support many worthwhile causes in the Des Moines metro area. Each donation request requires careful consideration, and due to the high volume of inquiries, it is not possible to fulfill all requests. All donation requests should be received a minimum of four weeks prior to your event date. No exceptions. Your request must be submitted in writing via the form below or by mailing an official donation request letter from your organization to: Des Moines Art Center, ATTN: Casandra Tant, 4700 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. The Art Center does not provide monetary donations. We cannot fulfill requests for school/PTA/PTO fundraisers, individuals, or organizations with political or religious affiliations. The Art Center does not donate to organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, nationality, sexual orientation, sex, identity, national origin, or physical or mental ability.
