Members receive a 20% discount on classes. To claim your discount online you must first log-in using the email associated with your membership. If your discount is not applying properly or you are not sure which email you are registered under, please call the Studio Department at 515.271.0316.
Class registration closes 2 days before the start date.
Registration is ONLY complete when the Art Center receives full payment. Your spot will not be reserved until all tuition and fees are paid.
A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card transactions. Debit cards are not subject to this processing fee.
Confirmations for online registration are auto-sent via email.
Late enrollment requires instructor approval. Tuition and fees will not be prorated.
All transfers or refunds must be done 7 days prior to the start of class.
Any refunds made within 7 days of the start of class are subject to a $15 late fee and the loss of any material fees paid.
The Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment with no incurring obligation.
If a class must be cancelled by the Art Center, we will attempt to find an alternative class for you. If no other options work, you will receive a full refund including material fees with no cancellation fee.
