Members at the Curator’s Circle ($550) and above are invited to Coffee with a Curator, featuring a gallery talk and casual group discussion led by Associate Curator Beth Gollnick, Ph.D. Beth will guide a limited in-person tour on the current exhibition “Op Art: Abstract Illusion” in the A.H. Blank gallery. Op artists explored how abstract art could exploit the idiosyncrasies of perception. The works in this exhibition consider how what we see is more than meets the eye.
After the gallery talk, enjoy coffee, tea, and pastries with Beth and fellow members.
